Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 April 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Feastro, an online ordering platform operated by Nexasoft LTD (Company No. 16140852) trading as Feastro. By accessing or using Feastro, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Feastro is operated by Nexasoft LTD (Company No. 16140852) trading as Feastro.
Throughout these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nexasoft LTD (Company No. 16140852) trading as Feastro. “You” means the person or business using Feastro.
2. What Feastro does
Feastro provides online ordering tools for food businesses, including storefronts, menu management, pickup timeslots, live order management, payments support, and related platform features.
Feastro may be used by pop-ups, takeaways, coffee carts, street food vendors, and other food businesses operating in the UK.
3. Business use and eligibility
You may only create and use a Feastro vendor account if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and operate the business connected to that account.
You are responsible for ensuring that your business, products, prices, trading activity, and collection arrangements comply with applicable laws, licences, regulations, and local authority requirements.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You are responsible for the activity carried out under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when setting up and maintaining your account.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that creates risk for Feastro, customers, or other users.
5. Orders, menus, and business content
You are responsible for the accuracy of your menus, product descriptions, allergen information, pricing, availability, opening hours, collection times, locations, and business content shown through Feastro.
You must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
Customers place orders with your business through Feastro. You remain responsible for fulfilment, collection, customer service, and handling issues related to the goods or services you sell.
6. Payments and fees
Feastro may support online payments through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Where online payments are enabled, you may need to connect and maintain a valid payment account.
Platform fees, if any, are shown in the product or pricing information made available to you. Third-party processing fees, including Stripe fees, may also apply.
You are responsible for any taxes, VAT, reporting, and accounting obligations that apply to your business.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, change, suspend, or remove parts of Feastro from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may carry out maintenance, security updates, bug fixes, or infrastructure changes that affect platform availability.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Feastro to:
- break the law or facilitate unlawful trading
- process fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorised orders or payments
- upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the platform
- misuse customer data or infringe another party’s rights
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform beyond what is permitted by law
9. Intellectual property
We own or license the rights in Feastro, including the software, branding, design, and platform content, except for content that you upload and control.
You keep ownership of the business content you upload, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and use that content to operate and improve Feastro.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Feastro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from your use of Feastro.
We are also not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, payment providers, connectivity issues, customer disputes, or business decisions made by you.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Feastro at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or breach of these terms.
12. Privacy and data
Your use of Feastro is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Those documents explain how data is handled and how cookies or tracking technologies may be used.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
14. Refund policy
Customers purchase from vendors through Feastro. The contract for the sale of goods is between the customer and the vendor, not Feastro. Refund eligibility and responsibility sits with the vendor.
Vendors are responsible for handling customer refund requests fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where online payments have been taken through Stripe, vendors may issue refunds through the Feastro dashboard.
Feastro may, in its discretion, assist with disputed payments or facilitate refunds where a vendor cannot be reached or fails to act. This does not create a general obligation on Feastro to issue refunds on a vendor's behalf.
Feastro's platform fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been processed, except where required by applicable law.
15. Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to Feastro, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. You can reach us at [email protected].
If you are a customer with a dispute about an order, you should contact the vendor directly in the first instance. Contact details for vendors are provided on the storefront or order confirmation. If the vendor cannot resolve the issue, you may contact us and we will try to help where we reasonably can.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in accordance with section 16 below.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another part of UK law requires otherwise. The courts of England and Wales will generally have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms.
